Joy I
I went to my doctor’s orthopedic office in June 2022 because I have been having a problem walking and have been using a cane because of my hip. (Severe degenerative changes and tears) I also have bad knees. I was told during that visit that I would need a hip replacement, but I’m too young. I was told that my only option was to have steroids injected into my hip and take anti-inflammatory medications until I hit 50 years old, and then I’d be eligible for hip replacement surgery. Two weeks ago I had a Stem Cell treatment on my hip. I am already able to put more weight on my leg without the use of a cane, and the achy pain that shot down my leg is gone! (I haven’t taken any anti-inflammatories in weeks) Obviously, it will take months for my full recovery, but I’m already seeing results! I’m so thankful that now I won’t need a hip replacement!! I’m going back today for a treatment on my knees. I’ll update my review in a few months!

I had knee replacement on my right knee and had deteriorating left knee. When I hobbled, with my cane, into the Center with much difficulty and pain. After a painless injection to my left knee and trigenics, on both my knees, I walked out painless and with my cane over my shoulder. Thank you Dr. Thomason for giving me back my ability to walk again.

I really question the reliability of this medical group. They advertised for an educational seminar in Los Altos. I registered and received a confirmation for Saturday Oct. 5 at 10:30 am at the Courtyard by Marriott in Los Altos, the day before the seminar. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested, but the reception desk had no knowledge of any stem cell presentation or a reservation by the Regenerative Medicine of Walnut Creek group. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to show up as the presentation was to start at 10:30, but they were no shows. In addition to that I also wasted over 1 hour in round trip travel time from my home in San Mateo. That is what I consider the height of inattentive and non-professional treatment of a potential client.

One of the things that makes my life worth living is being able to ride horses. I have done so since I was a little girl. Last year my knee pain from two degenerating knees stopped me from riding. My orthopedic recommended knee replacement surgery, used the term "bone on bone" and said surgery was my only choice. I remembered hearing about stem cells from a couple of people so I looked into it. Two people recommended Center for Regenerative Medicine in Walnut Creek and once I met the doctors and the rest of the team I knew I was in the right place. Even so I was cautious and decided to try the therapy first on my worst knee. I thought, "If this works, I will get my other knee done as well." As I was told, the first knee was about 90% improved within 6 weeks or so. I will be scheduling treatment for the next knee ASAP.
