Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I usually give a higher rating for enterprise, but the last two times I rented from here there were no cars available even though I had reservations. The first time this happened I had to wait 2 hours for a car. Each time I was given a car that cost more to rent. The most recent time I reserved a mini van in advance and when I got there they did not have a mini van. The staff claimed I never confirmed, which I did call back to confirm and I even showed that on my phone. I eventually was given a car that, again, cost more money then the car I rented. The manager did give me a discount however I feel I should not be charged more for something that is their mistake. This is the second time this happened in a row. Not sure if this is a tactic to get more money or just bad luck. Sadly it’s time to move on from enterprise.

Bad experience, especially with the front girl who’s name is Stephanie. She trick me in to paying car insurance, and stuck me with a $300+ bill that I couldn’t afford.
