My sales specialist Alberto was great & the repair was very fast but the staff that receives & retrieves your car in the service bay needs to be more courteous & helpful. Benz is charging a premium for the parts & service; so respectfully the staff should be giving that kind of service in return. No coffee, coffee machine was broken when first came on Saturday & was still broken on Tuesday. Come on Benz you can do better!!

Just passing by to say how much my wife and I appreciated how we were treated and how smooth the process was since we got into the dealership looking for a car for our daughter, her first car. We were attended by a gentleman called Manny Fernandez and he did the process so smooth and pleasant. We were talking about so many things that the time flew and we were able to get our daughter her big surprise. Just her first car. He will put a smile on your face and a warm feeling in your heart while your car is being serviced to his specifications, never missing a detail or a request.
