We had an excellent experience buying a sleeper-sofa bed at El Dorado Palmetto Boulevard store. Rafael G Simon was very helpful and accommodating to our complicated delivery schedule. The delivery was on time and even earlier than the scheduled delivery window. We will definitely come back for our future furniture needs. Rafael is a great salesperson that was relaying in detail all the product features and making sure that we were satisfied with it.

Poor customer service. Picked up sectional couch, rent a car, paid to guy, to help me. Cause they said that’s soonest delivery in 2 weeks. Brought the pieces home, they gave me 2 pieces grey, 2 pieces blue. And now they’re telling me, that I should bring it back by myself, or pay for the delivery. Insane, nothing about inconvenience, bring it or pay. *update They’re contacted me and scheduled free delivery for me. *update #2 It will take 4 weeks.

After visiting several furniture stores in my area I was advised by Mom to go visit El Dorado. Let me tell you, the quality of the furniture is incomparable to Ashley, City, Rooms. Salesman Mr. Raul Gomez was patient with all my questions and even gave me options that I wasn’t even picturing in my head. I decided to buy the Karly sectional with the configuration he suggested because WOW it made sense. He gave me undivided attention even while his phone was ringing and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything… very happy with my purchase and my salesman! Refreshing after the encounters I’ve have with salesman at other furniture stores. Will definitely go back when I’m ready to remodel my bedroom!
