If I could give it no stars I would . The front desk lady is the most rude person in the entire world and should be fired immediately. I feel sorry for anybody who has to deal with this office . I’m going to try to contact somebody about this woman’s behavior it is absurd and should not be allowed .

Everyone was very friendly and efficient when I came in for my biometrics appointment— I was scheduled for 3pm, my number got called at 3.03, and I was back by my car by 3.10. Parking is available in the car garage attached to the main building, which is convenient but a tad pricey (it is downtown, after all). $5 for 30 mins, $10 for up to four hours and you have to pay in advance, unfortunately.

We came here to get my wife's biometric done. It was quick and simple process. I have gone here before to get mine as well a long time ago. The waiting isn't that long just have to wait in line once your time The parking can alittle expensive. Try to find an alternative parking or taxi Uber whatever.

I am having that same issue. Every time that I ask to speak to an immigration representative/officer, the recording tells me if I continue to request an officer, it has no choice but to disconnect the call and goes on to disconnect the call.
