If I could give a 0, I would! This office is useless. You won't speak with IRS personnel at all, you'll speak to the security gaurd. This place is so unprofessional, it's pathetic! They'll get you out of the office, well the hall way to the office quick. I left a message for the office manager a week ago, haven't received a call back yet. Be prepared to get a # to call or the website. And will look you in your face and lie like old Persian rug.

This is crazy the first time I ever had to file my taxes single last month on the 15. They mailed me a letter on the 29 I got the letter on 31 saying that I need to prove who I am I called in the 1 they just excited it on the 8 now they saying I can get my taxes in two weeks or 9 weeks this is bull I have to wait almost 2 months to get my taxes that's owed to me. Something else needs to be done here

Yes u can. My husband and I had an appt for next month to identify his identity. Unfortunately, the appt date is the same date of our grand opening on your wholesale Indian raw and remy hair company so we decided to go in yesterday to see if we could change the date. Once we start talking to him telling him we need to reschedule he said we could identify now. So we did. So yes u can walk in , pick a number, and see them. But bring everything u need because they will make go come back in to bring the info. Ss card, license or identification card, bill in your name, last two years of income tax print out. If u don’t have it, they will print it out for u. I actually have the list at home. I’m on my way home so if u need the list email me and I’ll send it to u. Mercedesspinks is my yahoo email. More than likely you were chosen at random to verify your identity. If that did happen and you didn’t reply within a certain amount of time your return wasn’t processed and you won’t get your refund.

Call the irs and tell them n they're gonna request you to send them the birth certificate n social n proof ur child lives with u n always have n they will then prove n give u a pin to file with for then on the other person will be fined n have to pay fraud charges n pay back
There is a way to have it proved in court where your child's permanent resident is and who is the primary caregiver of your child. However, that is family court and does require a lawyer to file that motion so that your child's father can no longer legally claim the child on his taxes. If you don't have enough money for a lawyer there are free services but of course they take longer due to there waiting list. Its also important to note that proving your the primary caregiver has nothing to do with custody. Hopes this helps.
