this would have received a ZERO star rating but did not allow me to post unless i gave a very reluctant one star......Went to have estimate on full house replacement of windows and slider door in late January..price check as you do with work like this....i believe the owner Cody..(the only name i saw on estimate as representative) came out for est.....wrote the est...told 12 to 16 weeks to get product made and delivered....understandable due to the issues in shipping now a days....once product was in ..would set date for install....front counter ladies extremely helpful in getting the questions they could answer..answered....anything referred to Cody never got returned to me....decided to go with the order....they asked for 75% down for product order $6500...i returned and paid CASH....the understood waiting game began.....fast forward to contacting at the 12 to 14 week interval....checking on tracking of product estimated time for arrival....again reception up front excellent....NO CALL BACK....ride the wave a little longer....call back later..FINALLY get answer...product should be in first of June....penciled in date of install for June 23 in case any issues on delivery.....check back about a week after 1st....ETA no call back no answer....one week before install....call to verify appointment to install...the young lady said yes still a go on install...I ASSUMED and never asked if product was in....date of install scheduled for arrival 9 to 11 am on 23rd.....9:30 passes....call to check if on the road ....again front office very helpful in trying to track down delivery...directed to Cody...i asked are drivers on the way....answer.." I've been so busy to try and get back to you...they didn't come in...."the Installers" no THE PRODUCT" ...after the shock... i informed him i will be over to pick the deposit ok.....only answer "OK".... zero attempt at trying to keep my business... I initiated all contact with them several times no call back....on THE day of install i get... PRODUCT not here.....TERRIBLE upper management(owner) communications....went back and collected the deposit....i can not stress this enough DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GLASS NOOK....BUSINESS lost due simply to lack of communication...

Sliding door stopped rolling due to bad bearings. Glass nook offered the best prices and were kind +professional when coming out to see what was wrong. The day of my scheduled repair they called 30 min after appointment time and said the part didn’t come in (after scheduling two weeks out). Had to reschedule again another two weeks out. Front desk was not the best to communicate with. Installer worked hard and was efficient.

Glass Nook was recommended to me by a contractor colleague for a shower replacement. I called and had someone come to the house to measure - Mike came out and was really friendly and professional - he referenced the magazine and told me to come into the store with my hardware so we could ensure it matched before we ordered it. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I came in (and made my husband go with me) so we could ensure the color would match 100 percent. When you spend that kind of money you want to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want/expect to get. Unfortunately he was not there. The front office staff did not seem to know anything about my shower door /uchannel color options and we left feeling really uneasy. They charged 75% of a deposit to get our item ordered - we paid our deposit and got our shower door replacement ordered. It took 3 or so weeks to come in and then they called and scheduled to install. The installers that came out were so nice and very professional as well. I was shocked when I saw the color and it did not match. It was beautiful but not not at all what I expected. They called the store and sought to remedy the situation. They showed me the box - showed me that it said ORB (oil rubbed bronze) and agreed it did not match. It looked matte black. We paused the install and I went to meet Mike at the store that morning, it was there that I actually saw the tri fold shower uchannel color options (for the first time!) and none of them matched what I had. Why did the front girls not show me this when we took the time to come in and verify before it was ordered? Why was it not brought to our actual appointment? I'm not sure I would have spent $2,000 for something not to match my oil rubbed bronze hardware in my bathroom. I was beyond frustrated - they were then not able to come back out for a week and our old shower unit was already removed. Overall I was very disappointed with my experience. The selection process could be improved drastically so people had realistic expectations from the beginning.

I received awesome customer service from Anthony and Michael in August.  I had been searching for two different parts; one part for over a year with no luck. Decided to try a local business one day and was glad. Anthony was able to locate one part and was determined to locate the second part.  After much searching by Anthony, the exact part (the part was 15 years old) was no longer available, but, he was able to locate a similar part (new design).  Anthony enlisted Mr. Michael (had clocked out for the day) to show me how to install the new window lock design.  Mr. Michael was extremely patient in showing me how to use the new design at my home.  Got home and it worked like a charm!  Patient gentleman with great customer service. I'm glad I decided to stop by!!
