Not impressed. I dropped by to get my note 10 + screen Repaired (new screen and battery). They where quick to get me in and the repair only took a couple hrs. It cost $400 in total. I asked if I got a new original screen and they told me I did but it's obvious to me that isn't the full truth. The frame they replaced my phone with was a different color than my original phone. They didn't tell me before or after they did the service that they would be changing the color. Not a huge deal but it's annoying they didn't even ask if it's OK. Now I have a black and silver phone. Instead of just black. The microphone on the phone didn't work after they had replaced the screen it either and they didnt catch it. I had to take it in for them to fix this again later The "new" screen and frame they replaced it with had a charge port that was fuullll of lint so badly I couldn't charge my phone. To top it all off my phone will never be water resistant again after this repair. (Not a deal breaker but just and fyi) again not told this until after the service. It's obvious to me that the new OEM screen was not fully new like they told me. I spent $400 to be lied to. I don't typically leave reviews but this was bad, maby a fluke experience but its frustrating none the less. They used well used parts to replace new parts that where fine in my phone when I brought it in. They told me they use all new parts. In the future I would recommend being upfront with customers, this would have been fine if you would have told me what to expect before paying I simply would have payed someone elce to do it. I would never come into this store again.

Do not go there. Broke the screen on my new S21 Ultra. Brought it in for a fix and after picking it up the SIM card doesn't work. I spent the whole day at spectrum diagnosing it when in reality it was because EZ phone repair didn't repair it correctly. I brought it back to EZ phone repair and they took it apart again and got the SIM card working but this time there were fingerprints ON the lens of the cameras. I also noticed dust and hair on the lens of my cameras. This drove me nuts but I didn't want to make problems so I let it go. 2 months later I dip my cameras in water to take an underwater video like I'm supposed to be able to do with my phone and it instantly fries the phone. I took it back to EZ phone repair and they treated me like a scam artist and told me to get out of the store after refusing to listen to my situation. The guy jumped to conclusions and acted like I was trying to get free stuff out of him when really I just wanted them to take some responsibility for the IP68 water resistant feature of my phone failing causing the brand new phone to fail. One of the features of the S21 Ultra is that it can be submerged up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes without issue. I've taken several underwater videos in the past with this phone and many other Samsung phones and never had an issue! Suddenly after phone repair from EZ Fix phone repair and I lost features and am treated like scum by the employees? I've already contacted my attorney and I would bet money that i'm not the only one who has been treated this way.

I do NOT recommend this store for phone repair. This is a long post, thank you to those who take the time to read it. This is not a place that should be open for business, IMO. Some context: The s21 Ultra is manufactured by Samsung to be somewhat waterproof via how they seal the phone. It can be submerged in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes. Back in November/December of 2021, my boyfriend had EZ fix his S21 Ultra, and they did not re-seal it to the manufacturers standards, nor did they provide any sort of verbal or written communication that they were not restoring the phone's waterproof seal to manufacturer standards. This weekend (Feb 12th 2022) he took a 30 second video, only submerging the top portion with the cameras underwater, and it fried the whole phone. He has taken several underwater videos with Samsung phones before, including this S21 (prior to EZ repairing it) with no issues ever. He spoke with EZ employees today in person, asking them to meet him halfway for a resolution, and the woman behind the counter stated verbatim "we do not seal it like samsung" before stopping herself, realizing what she just said, and then proceeded to grab another male worker from the back without saying anything further. My boyfriend waited 10 mins while the female worker did nothing and the male coworker asissted another customer who came in to the store after my boyfriend did. Finally, the male walked over and said to my boyfriend  "okay what do you wanna do here? Do you want us to look at it or do you want to take your phone?" And kept repeating the question despite my boyfriend's attempts to reason with him and try to get him to understand the situation. Finally , my boyfriend said "I just want a resolution," and the male worker replied "okay, here's your solution. We no longer want to serve you as our customer, you can leave." My boyfriend waited 10 minutes in the store, asking for workers names which everyone refused to provide. That same male worker then said "you're being a baby, take some responsibility," and then walked off to the back of the store. My boyfriend responded with "The seal is what makes it waterproof, the seal was broken when you guys did the last repair, so the seal breaking is on you guys, take some responsibility," and left after that. If there was some written disclaimer EZ had provided back in November/December, stating they are not liable for sealing the phone the way it was before repair, I would tell my boyfriend "too bad so sad." However, the ONLY written documentation he was given states the following verbatim on the receipt  "Terms. 90 days warranty. VOID if parts show signs of damage, intentional abuse, water, or any tempering by someone else." No further details or information on the warranty, nor the actual terms of the repair, were provided to my boyfriend. Due to the vagueness of the warranty statement and literally no information on repair terms, it's completely unclear what is covered and what isn't, and under what conditions. It's one thing to say that water damage voids a warranty, IF the CUSTOMER or literally anyone else other then the repair shop employees is/are the one/s to cause the water damage to a phone that isn't intended by the manufacturer to be waterproof. But, the phone is meant to be somewhat waterproof by the manufacturer, my boyfriend has taken  underwater videos with that same phone prior to it being repaired (with no issues), my boyfriend has not once opened up the phone and broken the seal himself, and the female worker even verbally slipped up and admitted they do not re-seal phones to the manufacturer standards. It's pretty clear to me this shop is in the wrong and has no issues being rude to customers for problems that they themselves have caused. Passwords, photos, videos, contacts... all gone. If you are reading this please save yourself some money and peace of mind by going to a place much more reliable and respectful.
