I was referred here by some friends after my MacBook Pro stopped working. It’s a 2012 model. After receiving a quote over the phone I called a few more places. One place suggested coming here because I have a Mac. That was evidence to me that this is the place to come. I was a little leery due to some of the older reviews but here is my experience. I received very fast service. Frank identified the issue with my computer very quickly and gave his recommendations. I took his recommendations and now my computer works just as it did when I first bought it!! What impressed me the most was his kindness and patience. I’m not tech savvy at all. He took his time and answered all my initial questions before I went to the store. Then, after I paid and was leaving, I had additional questions. Despite the fact that they were closing and a new customer had just walked in, Frank still took time to answer all of my questions. (Sometimes other places treat you differently after you have paid, but not here) I am very please with the fast, efficient, and courteous service I received here. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else!

They do not even give you a 30 Day warranty to insure that the fix was even done correctly. I got my Macbook Pro home after paying a rather large sum thinking everything was good to go when I realized my computer was still broken. Called them up, they refused to take responsibility. Only reason they even deserve 3 stars is for friendly customer service (which still matters even though the service wasn't done correctly--at least they were polite) and promptness in getting the job done (they say the wait time is safely a week but they get it done sooner than that which is good to note) But a 30 day warranty of the fix IS GREATLY LACKING and that should be duly noted before asking for their service.

We can certainly try, but depending on the condition of the device, data recovery is best effort.
Of course! Theoretically, you should be able to fix this problem yourself, as long as you have access to iTunes and your Apple ID and password. However, if you do not have access to iTunes or are facing any additional problems, we can repair the device at a cost of half an hour of our priority labor. This repair would not be covered by any warranty, however.

As we cannot offer estimates without diagnosis, we highly recommend bringing in your device. Under certain circumstances, we do offer on-site repairs, though additional fees will apply. Please call for more details. For iPhones, iPads, and newer MacBooks, we need the Find My Device feature turned off to proceed with the repair. When you do bring it in, please have your Apple ID and password ready.

Out of warranty repairs are subject to fees. Out of warranty repairs include: software configuration, such as malware removal, updates, and data recovery; accidental damage, such as drops, spills, etc.; and devices with third-party parts (so if the device was repaired by an unauthorized service provider). For out of warranty repairs, we require a diagnostic fee at check-in of either $100 for iPhones and iPads or $90 for computers, which will go to your total cost of repair. For most repairs, we cannot offer estimates without diagnosis.
We accept Apple warranty, including Limited Product Warranty and AppleCare+ Extended Warranty. You can check your coverage at https://checkcoverage.apple.com. In some phone plans, carriers provide their own insurance. We cannot accept any third-party insurance, so please discuss your options with your carrier. Not all repairs are covered by warranty. Out of warranty repairs include: software configuration, such as malware removal, updates, and data recovery; devices with third-party parts (so if the device was repaired by an unauthorized service provider); and, in the case of Limited Warranty, accidental damage, such as drops, spills, etc. AppleCare will cover up to two cases of accidental damage, but AppleCare uplift fees will apply.
