Long on hours, equipment, features, classes, & options, short on price. They are sticklers for the contract though, so don't sign up for a commitment you don't want. Also, not nearly enough classes offered before 7am, especially since re-opening, but this place is still very much worth the cost

I've been using this golds since 2015 and have seen it go through all kinds of phases. It has certainly become more packed in recent years during peak hours but they have done a good job of expanding the space to accommodate that growth, it definitely seems as if they will need to open a new location soon though. If you are looking for somewhere to lift weights, get personal training, attend group classes, do cardio, or occasionally play basketball, definitely a good fit for you and decent price. The pool and sauna areas are okay but definitely not the main draw of this gym and not built for huge capacity.

The up keep and maintenance of the whole facility is embarrassing. Ripped pads, loose bolts, sticky/jammed machines. It's been almost a year and the own gym can't even buy their own punching bag.

We did the 3 day pass for myself and 2 kids (14& 16). Thank goodness it was 3 days. 1st day was not good. After it taking 30 minutes to get help because they were busy and only 1 person at the desk. It was so confussing using the machines and intimidating. 2nd day was a little better went later on a Saturday with less people. 3rd day we are starting to figure things out. I had asked for help but was told you get a 1x trainer after paid membership. Then tried to sign up... Well I am done. I hadn't been to an actual gym in awhile. This gym is more for show than actual positive lifestyle changes.

MyFitnessPal is free and great for tracking calories and macronutrients. The Bodybuilding.com app is good for designing and tracking workouts. Good luck!
It's better to call and ask since they have different types.
Hi Susan. It should be fixed tomorrow. I will let you know when it’s back to normal temperature. ***Update*** Hi Susan. Unfortunately, we've come across another issue and have to order a new circuit board. The soonest the part will arrive is May 28th. We are calling the company first thing in the morning to see if we can get the part sooner (they are on eastern time). I will keep you posted. I apologize for the inconvenience, and understand this can be frustrating. We are working diligently to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
No

Hi Janelle. We apologize for the inconvenience. There is an internet outage in the area and its effecting our phone lines. Charter is working to get the issue resolved.

64 lengths is one mile. I think.
Why is it everytime I get a question about a place I've commented on is directed to who runs the f****** business. If you're asking a question on this format just so you know you're asking people who don't have these answers you're asking people who commented on a business that's it.
