Yes, there's a contract. It depends on why you are breaking the contract....moving or medical reasons i believe there are provisions allowing you to do that. I've been with Gold's for over 5 years & not wanted to change. I renew yearly.
Im on my 2nd year and will follow on for years to come ❤ That being said. Within one year there is a contract and to break it would be $100. You will also have sign a 30 day agreement to end automatic withdrawal from your credit card or debit card. Best of luck! I LOVE GOLDS ❤
It changes. We weren't under contract but on a monthly auto pay. The only way to cancel is to go down in person and meet with the account person and sign to cancel.
