Terrible customer service must I say. First, my mother turned her phone in to them and they provided no invoice or tracking. It’s been 5 months. I was on the phone with ATT customer service and called in on my other phone to speak with someone and get answers to why the phone my mother turned in could not be found. The manager Amanda came on to the phone, no introduction, didn’t ask any questions. Just pure attitude and no effort to make the customer feel as if they’re problem is trying to be solved. I’m a calm customer, and even though frustrated I remain respectful. The phone was on speaker and the customer service rep heard the entire encounter. You don’t need to be in customer service when you don’t know how to speak to people. I will be filing a complaint as they heard the exchange. Hope something will be done.
