Lots of cardio equipment, but the lack of machines for isolations (like abs) is disappointing. Lots of free weights, but if you’re looking for a machine to work just a specific body area with instructions in how you do so, this is not your gym.

The woman at the front desk who is pregnant needs to learn how to properly respond in a friendly professional manner when asked a simple question. A smile is easy when you're getting paid to sit at a front desk. You're the first person people see when they walk in and the last to see when they leave. I'm a fitness professional who has been to every gym in the Tri Cities. I've never been treated so rude. Your attitude, body language, and glare on your face says a lot more than your answering a simple question. Btw...everyone likes paper towels. They were empty for two days. Maybe I was the hundredth person to complain. Looking forward to seeing this person every morning...

I love this gym. I used to go to the court club but unless I went during a very narrow time window it was uncomfortably busy. But even the busiest times at club 24 aren't too busy. There are 6 free squat racks and at least one is always open (compared to the 3 constantly in-use ones at the court club). They have almost everything there that you could want to workout with. Even private, curtined showers! Also I like that the cardio machines are facing away from the gym so that people aren't staring at you when you're lifting. Much less intimidating for beginners.

Great gym. The trainers are wonderful. Not too busy most of the time. Good music. Very clean and organized. Excellent value for my dollar.
