I called them a couple times I think they got back to me once I returned the call they never got back to me so can't give them any kind of a rating. Actually he had called one time while I was driving and I pulled over that quickly and called him back and he never answered the phone. he has probably enough business anyway he probably didn't need mine. I got two estimates from elsewhere. I gave it one star because nothing came out of it

very good experience with the Deptford fence, originally wanted go with the solid fence but the township would not allow but was able to work with them and got with other option. highly recommend them to do your fence, they know what they are doing.

Highly recommend this company. Did a quality job at a reasonable price. They maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. The fence was installed within a few days after I got my permits. Most importantly is their response after the work was completed. After the work was completed, there was a few U-channels that needed to be replaced. After I notified them of the issue, they were out within a few days to fix it. The first time, I didn’t give them the correct number that needed to be fixed, called them again and they came out the next week and took care of the issue. They excel at customer service. I always believed a good company is determined by how they take care of issues, cause there will be issues, and they did that in my case.

The 3 safest vinyl colors are white, almond, and khaki. However due to covid Homeland (our manufacturer) has not been producing anything other than white. Hopefully they will add the other colors back in 2022 ***Important note about kahaki or almond fences*** If a company is able to get khaki or almond fences during covid then there's a good chance it's with a company that does NOT have a proven track record. These colors will look good for a year or two but will begin to fade quickly after that. They may say they're covered by a manufacturers warranty but you're on the hook for all the labor involved and will have to fight with the manufacturer to actually honor the warranty. ***Important note about wood grain colors*** Wood grain colors are EXTREMELY hard to produce. 99% of them WILL FADE EXTREMELY QUICKLY. Not only that but they will also fade in a sporadic fashion so parts of the fence will fade while others won't. It looks absolutely horrible!
