I came to this location for a gift for my daughter. While I have always loved Things Remembered, I feel like there is a lot of room for growth at this location. I was helped on 7/23 at 11 am by a young lady named Kate. They seemed really busy and she was overwhelmed because there were alot of people in the store and she didn't have any help. She was kind and told us to come back at 4 to get the 3 items we purchased with engraving. I came back at 6 pm and the Items were still not done. This time there was another kind young lady Brianna. The store was filled even more with people looking for there order Kate had taken earlier. This young lady seemed so overwhelmed. She was suppose to leave at 5 pm and still there when I got there. She called management with no one picking up the phone. I felt horrible for her. I told her to take her time and I could come back I waited 2 hrs. as there were so many others trying to get there items too. This young lady was never trained on items that she was pushed into learning herself while we all waited and watched. If this was for my daughter baptism the next day I would have pushed it off for another day. This is poor management on Things Remembered. Not only are you not adequately staffed, you are not training your employees on how to do a job that is required with this service. Shame on you Things remembered for doing this to you staff. Thank goodness there are kind people who could see this poor girls stress. Brianna was nothing short of amazing on how she treated everyone in that store. While no one at Things remembered (management) answered any of her phone calls for assistance. After looking at your reviews this seems like a ongoing thing with you guys. Shame on you you guys! PS. Brianna did a amazing job on the items I purchased give that girl a raise.
