Unbelievable. No one there answers the phone!! It’s a project enough to reach a line to speak to an actual human. The wait is insane they are NOT that busy.

It's been over 5 weeks since I was there for a standard blood draw and I still have a large, tender lump in my arm at the draw site. I couldn't get a human being on the phone in this office to ask about it when it first happened. I ended up having to make an appointment with a doctor to find out what was going on. I won't go back to this location. Edit: it's been almost 2 years since this blood draw and I have a permanent lump in my arm the width of a golf ball. I'm told by my doctor that it's scar tissue as a result of the tech's mistake.

Anyone is able. They are all trained and do well each time I have gone. Used to bring my toddlers and they did great.
