I recently moved back to Tri-Cities after being away since 2005. Living in South Richland near all the businesses is great. I heard good things about Hi-Tech, so when I ordered 2 new pair of pants and needed alterations I decided this should be the place. WOW, they did an amazing job. I think that the hem on the pants is actually better than what they came with. And they are AG's and have a bit of stretch to them, I am sure that was a pain to work with. On time, and a great price. Our whole household will be using them in the future. Thanks Hi-Tech.

Tim and Esther are caring people that care not only for the clothes they clean but also for the their customers. Their record of removing stains for us is impressive! We wouldn’t even consider going to any other cleaners. They are fast and consistent. I’ve brought them everything from suits to doll clothes, bedspreads to Halloween costumes, and a silk kimono to a an aging prom dress.

This is the best dry cleaners we have ever gone to. We have been going for over three years. They do excellent quality and we have used many, many dry cleaners over the years. We’ve never had a broken button in over three years. Every other place we have gone has broken the buttons on my husbands shirt, but not these guys. They also do excellent alterations and repairs as well.
