The service writer was professional and attentive. We came in unexpected by him yet he got us serviced and on our way very efficiently. The price for the replacement of the battery was a little steep. That is my only complaint. But repair costs are standardized. I know I wasn't being taken advantage of.

My salesperson, Diego Mora, was really great. This was my first new car and he was patient, easy going and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to all my questions and made me feel comfortable during the process. I had been looking at 3 row SUV's for months and was a bit stuck on a different vehicle that was much smaller. I really wasn't expecting to purchase a VW, but somehow Diego made the process so easy for me that it all just fell into place. He was also super great on the test drive and helped my very shy kids feel comfortable.
