One of the main reasons we made the purchase is that we had a young salesman working with us by the name of Miguel Solorio Palma and he did a great job making it a great experience. We found him to be professional, and knowledgeable but most of all extremely friendly but not pushy. We really appreciated working with him on our purchase.

Thank you for asking. Greeting at the service counter was average. "How can I help you" was cordial but I would not consider it more than a 5-6. A 10 would be with a sincere smile, I have your request here Mr. Y and let me review it to insure we have everything you are expecting. Estimate of time would be ____. You are invited to wait in our area. Complimentary coffee & Costco like snacks would be welcome. I needed to ask all of these questions and it would be nice to have a water option other than directed to the waiting area sink-faucet. Check out was less than expected. Following payment I was the person who asked the questions re the vehicle: next service, brake recommendations, when electric battery for 2020 to be performed, tire wear...etc. There were 5 service tech's when I arrived none of them acknowledged me when I entered. I waited 10-15 sec before a "may I help you"...doesnt sound like a long time but for fun just enter your foyer and stand there for that length of time without an acknowledgement. Check out other dealerships: Freeman Toyota, Marin Audi, etc as I feel that their service offered a higher quality. I look forward to an improved service greeting at my next opportunity at Platinum. On a positive note: thank you for having a very clean and well kept facility.

TERRIBLE RECEPTION!!!!! My husband and I visited this place to discuss our truck that was being assessed with a transmission issue. Fairly New Truck with extended warranty. The truck was at this place for some days. At some point, they called us to notify us that our extended warranty had been canceled indefinitely! Confused as to why ANYONE in their right mind would cancel a customer’s warranty without notifying the customer, we drove there to get answers. Upon arrival a receptionist (Kelly) decides to take matters in her hands. She ignores our frustrations of the transmission issue, warranty cancellation etc. She at some point does a sales pitch of a discounted transmission. I was clear with her that I was not looking for help or assistance and neither on transmission shopping!!!! And if had to consider her offer, I’d include my husband. At that point, she threw her hands up like a crazy worker saying that she had had it!!! We asked not to communicate with her at that point. PLEASE NOTE: She was not afraid to cause a scene. It gets worse! We get in our truck and realize that the lift was not working!!! The crazy receptionist leaves her desk and comes to our truck and mouths that she was capable of doing a quick lift fix. REALLY!!!!!!! My husband politely requested her to let us deal with a gentleman that was there to assist. Craziness continues! She ignored him and proceeded to open the door of our truck and failed to do the fix!!!!!!! She then run smeared with shame! Thank God, an EDUCATED MECHANIC took less than a minute to fix the issue. First time we visited this place, her question to my husband was if I was his Mrs! He had to show his ring!!!!!!! My spoken English have a British Accent!!! Doesn’t mean that I require to be spoken for!!!!!! Not sure if and whether MARITAL STATUS falls under their customer’s requirements. She definitely is lacking something and on something!!!! We were lucky that she did not follow us home😡 I HOPE THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS WIND UP FIRING THIS FAKE BLONDE!!!!! Prayers work. It will happen!!!!! Gave me a bad taste of a purchasing a 2022 corvette that I had already budgeted to get from that dealership. Josh, a young and sweet salesman had already introduced this muscle car to me.

Failed to meet multiple deadlines given for completion of vehicle service after four-hour commute to dealership and didn't finish the job by the end of business day. Service advisor didn't seem to care and didn't offer any compensation. Also, didn't provide me with necessary code to complete job at another dealership. I will never return to this dealership and tell others to avoid it as well. How are you attempting to contact me? With ESP? I never received a notification of any kind. Also, my vehicle wasn't in for service on the 15th.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your vehicle. This is a platform for consumers to get information about the customer experience and service they provide not a forum for free mechanical evaluations for your vehicle. I'm sure you can google this in Google's search engine or on youtube. I would try something like "trouble code 2002 Silverado" or search a list of Chevrolet error codes on the GM website. Your local auto parts also have code readers for older model vehicles. You may be able to get O'Reilly's or Auto Zone and have them read it for you

That is a state law. Not a dealership rule. The most lenient I've seen is a notarized letter from the owner with the title, but that again is up to the dealer, the legal liability still lies with the dealer. I happen to know the parts manager personally he is a "by the book" kind of guy. I doubt he will make the exception. This is a question best answered by calling a place not asking the public on Google maps....
