I arrived right when they were closing on a Saturday at 1:00pm. Door was already locked. However, they saw me out there and opened up their office for me. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I apologized for being late and they said "no problem at all." Seriously, everyone in the office was extremely nice and went out of there way to make my experience a good one. The vehicle I rented was excellent. It was equipped with all the "bells and whistles" and the rep took his time explaining all the perks of the SUV. Definitely will be coming back to Enterprise for future rentals. Thank you!

I reserved a van for the day. In the past I could return it after hours on the same day with no issues. Now they want to charge me up to two extra days because they won't be able to check it in until Monday. Horrible customer service. I work in the auto body repair industry and have been a customer of Enterprise for years. No longer. I will also tell every single person I come into contact about my experience.
