When I came to pick up the car from service, the bill shocked me: it was around twice what I expected. I asked the cashier to explain it: she did not, maybe could not, though she tried. I was sent back to service where they could not explain it either. They sent me to the manager whom I just caught as he was about to embark on a half-hour phone call. He asked me to sit down and started to look over the invoice. In a short time he said something like, "Oh, I see: they charged you for two sets of parts and two installation labor for the struts needed for the hatch on my Armada. The incorrectly charged struts and labor came to $28**.**. The original bill was $58*.** (280.00+ and 580..+). It was simple math for me that the new bill should come to around $300.00. It now came to over $340.00. I brought this to the manager's attention, and it seemed to be too much for the time of day or something, so he changed the bill to give me the $25.00 tire rotation as a customer satisfaction freebie. I left relieved that it was not the near $600.00, but also rather stressed out from it all. Everyone was polite and patient enough with me. So, that part was good. I had decided not to give a review because I did not want to be negative about your good people, but you kept sending me email reminders. So..... there ya go! That was my experience.

Super quick and easy to schedule, drop off, and pick up my car for services. Jason is great. The only thing that was a bummer for me was that they usually give a free Splash car wash with each service and I didn’t receive that today.

This is the second new truck I've bought from Jim Bone Nissan. And I have exclusively gotten all of my service work done at their dealership. I have to say that the service writers and supporting staff there have done an outstanding job of maintaining my automobiles and taking top notch care of me as a customer. They know me by name when I arrive. They're familiar with my trucks service history (including any problems that ever occurred and what the solution was). I don't know how I could have had a better experience over the last 8 yrs. Special thanks fellas

I worked with Jose to purchase my new Nissan Rogue Sport and he was so great! He greeted me at the door and was ready to show me the cars I was interested in. He handled my loan application, trade-in and connection to the Finance Department seamlessly! He was kind enough to let me make an appointment after work and stayed until the end - which was surprisingly quick! He may have even gotten to leave at closing, even after connecting my phone to the new car’s Bluetooth. Excellent experience!

They do service Infiniti. I took my Q50 and Qx60 there. They will not do warranty work though.
It'd not be only them milestones but also the quality of the roads you drive. Bumps in & potholes will shorten the life of the shock.
