I came in to Charlotte for work for one night and came out to my car to find a flat tire. I was luckily around the corner from woodies and gave them a call to tell them my situation. They sent someone over who arrived in 5 minutes to put enough air in my tire to drive to their shop and their employee followed me to make sure I was okay. Then they made time in their busy schedule to help me out as I ended up needing two new tires and an alignment because my tires were so bad. They made it happen for me so I could get home the next day and they were incredibly accommodating and kind. I wish they had a location in Atlanta but for anyone in Charlotte, these are your car people! Thank you Jeff for all your help!

Woodies was fantastic to work with. We went in for an annual safety and emissions testing to get our car registration renewed and come to find out our rear brake pads were wearing pretty thin. We were provided with a quote and later found out that parts we needed were only available via the dealership, and would likely cost more. No one wants to hear that, but Woodies offered to waive labor costs so that our total bill stayed within the original quote. These guys were very communicative and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole ordeal. They were kind, honest and forward thinking. Would definitely use them again!

I went over to get them to patch a tire before my tire went flat or change my tire to my spare when they opened this morning. The two men behind the counter acted like they barely wanted to talk to me, and didn’t want to give me an answer to how long it would be to get it fixed. Finally after asking them multiple times how long was “a while”, they told me I could leave it until lunch. Literally that’s all the info I could get out of them. They didn’t bother to look at my car, ask any questions, nothing. I’m literally parking my car on the street and calling roadside assistance to get help and get my tire changed. I’ll take it to a tire shop to get fixed over my lunch break and it won’t be from this place. Thanks for helping a solo female in need.

I did not have work done here, but I did have my 2011 Taboe assesed for its repair needs.  They were very timely and professional.  If the pricing was closer to my budget I would've have gone with them since they warranty their transmission work for 1 to 3 years.  The gentlemen were easy to work with and helped me get a tow to the shop when calling the tow companies personally was leaving me with non available for tow or either hours of wait time.
