My car died at the airport parking garage. A very helpful gentleman at CLT airport security referred us to CJR. They loaned us a portable charging device that allowed me to drive my car from the airport garage to their shop. They quickly diagnosed the problem to be a malfunctioning alternator, had it replaced and had us on the road after 3 hours. They extended their work hours just so they can get us on the road! Thank you to the gentlemen who went above and beyond their job description, gave up their off work time to help us get back to SC. I am forever grateful! Jocelyn

Friendly but SHITTY SERVICE! I came here to have a sensor replaced with the diagnosis from Auto Zone. I came here with the diagnosis paper and left my car here for 3 hours for it to be replaced because it was causing my service engine light to come on. When I came back to pick up my car the service engine light was still ON 🙄. So I waited for another 30-45 minutes for Audi(owner) to look into why the light was still on. So after waiting he found NOTHING! Other than telling me to bring my car back a day when I could drop it off. I took my car back up there on a Friday and his son told me his dad, Audi, was out of the country and he didn't know what to do to fix it and to bring it back another day his dad was there. Soooo I dropped it off on Friday at 1:30 & picked it back up Saturday at 2p, guess what???? THE LIGHT IS STILL ON! Now he's saying the part and the car is from 2 different states and my car isn't registering the part that was replaced which is the reason the light will not turn off. Wait, what, really??😠. Let me not forget to mention he attempted to charge me a $75 diagnosis to replace what I requested to be fixed, but he removed the charge after I brought it up. I paid $325 for part and labor only for the problem to not be resolved. Unless you like to throw money away, STAY FAR AWAY from here. I guess the 5 star ratings are either employees or their family/ friends. ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT/OWNER: Stop stealing money! And get a bigger parking area!
