It's best to make your appointment online because it's hard to get someone on the phone, leave a message for someone to call you back. The process is done over the phone now. They will tell you what you need to mail in or drop off at their drop box at their location. You will need to send in all the requested documents to determine if you will be eligible for the utility or rent assistance. I'm not sure if other people are having problems, good luck..

Yes. They are a food pantry. They are open Monday through Friday. No holidays (closed).They take the first 10 people.

The criteria is ridiculous it only helps people who basically have to be almost sitting outdoors and making $0 I will not recommend them find someone else who understand you having a problem and willing to help without taking you through all of ridiculous processing
Yes .. However the funds are available mostly from and towards the end of the month. They do have a limit on applications taken daily. Please try the Salvation army and Samaritans together, Churches in the community or area....
I'm really not sure if they offer location , or placement assistance . They're the kind of public agency that helps with delinquent rent payments , and utilities . You would walk in to dunno your application before 10 am. Once you do that, they'll call you to set up an appointment for an interview. When you first arrive to submit your initial application, be sure to take your id, ssc, and late/ eviction notice.

No. The agency (Samaritans together) that was helping with Rent and other utilities moved to a new location. Salvation Army, is another agency available to help with Rent. However, they are doing The LHeat and Food Pantry daily.
