Unfortunately as annoying as it is, its not illegal for them to park in front of your house. On the other hand try posting a No parking sign. If that doesn't work only thing can do pretty much is file a legal claim for nuisance. Then by law they can't park there or you can have it towed. But can't have it towed now until you file a claim.
