I have tried calling and tracking my package. It has been sitting at the Mableton, Ga facility since May 1, 2021 it is now May 7, 2021, they still have not sent it out. No one will answer the phone.

Yes, you just need to call them and let them know the correct address! Although id avoid DHL, they are super slow on shipping. Especially the forest park center.
