Asked to service air conditioning as it was not blowing cool air. Without my permission changed all belts, and assemble incorrectly and all belts came off in middle of the highway, had towed through my insurance as I was supposed to have free towing with Griffin Tire which was denied. Called me couple of days later and said I needed to a extra 154 dollars forte complete the fix. Picked my car up again 1 month later belt came off again in middle of traffic. This was not even the problem I took my car to them in the first place. I do not recommend this company for any business. I am highly disappointed and angry.

Skip was super helpful and a very honest person. I dropped off a tire that needed a patch. The location of the patch was in a difficult spot so he patched it anyways free of charge not knowing if the patch would hold. Great customer service and super friendly. 5 stars! Highly recommend.
