Chose them for their convenience. Was scheduled last week for cruise control repair and oil change. Neither performed due to lack of techs. I understand. Rescheduled. Today they diagnosed the cruise control problem and repaired. Oil change not performed. Suggested other services based on milage several I know I don't need. I'd have to think twice about returning here for service
