Staff did not seem especially interested in helping one find information. Parking was $2.50 (not Welcome Center's fault), but we did not get $2.50 worth of information.

Took the staff a few minutes to even acknowledge us. They were chatting and eating (they had their food out of the greeting table, which I find a little weird). They couldn't really tell us much about the region or trails we could do. It's truly a place to find info you can find on google maps: a map of downtown and a list of shops there.

Beautiful place, streets that tell the story of Lancaster step by step.

We have never been to Lancaster and stopped in. The ladies who were working, Carly and Yazmin were awesome. Above and Beyond! In truth the most helpful and cheerful visitors center we have been to and we travel a lot. Thanks ladies! Now I’m gonna eat one of those awesome pickles! Greg and Donata

We took a buggy ride and there were tour buses also.

Do you still have a short film about the area?

When I was there I didn't see a short film and I don't know how they could do that because there's so much to do in the area. For me talking to a real person is really beneficial because you get more personal advice depending on your interests.
