We just moved into the area where Verizon was an Option. We’ve had Comcast Xfinity, and WOW in another state. Verizon seems to be unable or unwilling to acknowledge how weak their system is, or to find a solution! We personally own mesh systems that cover 3 times the area necessary. But our Additional building on the property which is within 200 ft,…can’t pick up the signal even with 2 routers out there. It’s utterly embarrassing to be unable to transmit a signal as close as we are and we still can’t watch movies or keep the security system online. I wish somebody offered a dependable service that works and exceeded our expectations!

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I was with Verizon for over 20 years. I even owned stock at one time. I needed to make some changes and nothing was right since. I spoke with two managers. Months went by, Finally I gave up and went to another cell provider. Verizon sent me a final bill which I PAID. Then, they decided to charge me $1 more, never sent me a bill, charged me a $35 penalty and sent the bill to collection. I wish I had time to sue them. I kept their internet service and NOW can't log in to pay my bill. AND I can't get anyone on the phone to help me. Now I am looking for new internet service. Save yourself the frustration. Don't use them. I only wish I could give them negative stars

I’ve been with Verizon for 7 years and I’m sick of them. They have been slowly raising my bill every few months ever since I went off contract. Internet prices are going down for the speeds I’m receiving but the price I’m paying is constantly going up. I spoke with Verizon about upgrading my speed and equipment and they said there would be a one time upgrade fee of $150. Comcast will do a fresh install for $70. I also had to speak with 4 different customer service people from Verizon and every time I got switched to someone new it was like starting over again. They didn’t have a clue what I was being offered by the previous person and were unable to match any offers made by the previous person. I wanted to stick with them for convenience but I could tell that’s what they were counting on. I went ahead and canceled. I’m going to start with Comcast next week, It'll most likely be more of the same. I don’t have a lot of options in my area and they know it.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 53 years. Oct 2019, I reached out to Verizon to add a phone number to my bundle package because AT&T would release my phone number to Verizon. So for 3 years I paid for the bundle Package ( cable, internet and phone) because they said it would be cheaper. So I call to add my phone Number they ok. They said they would send out a service person to add the line. I received several emails saying they were coming out and they never came. So needless to say I threw my house phone out because it never worked. Mind you this is Oct 2019. In Feb 2020 when I get a bill 4 months later, it turns out they opened up a whole separate account instead of adding to the account I already have with them. March 1st I called and talked to a Steven and he said he would put a ticket in and I would hear back in 2 weeks. Never heard a word back. Month after month after month I receive bills that I refuse to pay because a mistake had been made by Verizon. I have called probably 15 times, talked to 30+ people to no avail. I have asked for a Supervisor to call me several times which has never happened. Not one single employee I have spoken to has been able to help me with this very simple fixable problem. I take my credit score extremely serious. Now its Nov 2021 and this company has sent me to credit agencies. I would like a supervisor to reach out to me ASAP to help me resolve this.
