Had my Jeep lifted and new tires and lights They didn’t align the tires and when I called I put 150 miles on the car so they would not align the tires without charging me saying I threw it out of alignment in 150 miles Now the electrical work they did is failing apart and wires are failing Left the Jeep a mess with garbage and parts in the back seat Owner Jim is rude and pushy. Don’t think he knows the term customer service Took my 392 Jeep to carilina customs. Had a small issue there and they fixed it immediately with no issues. Customer service was great work was great and a lot cheaper than primal 4x4. They actually aligned the Jeep as well Stay away from primal. Many other better places to go!

This place is the best. Its owned by a father and son. They are super knowledgeable and wont let you waste your money on sub par parts that will just give you headaches. They did an excellent job on my Jeep Gladiator helping me pick out a lift and get it installed and lined up properly. Pricing was very competitive compared to the other local 4x4 places and they were more concerned with making sure I was happy and enjoyed my Jeep rather than pilling on extra things to sell me.
