Pro tip: if you are coming here for the tsa pre check fingerprinting, it is in a different room than the regular fingerprinting services. Rang the bell before entering the building, an associate in the office asked what I came in for. I told her for fingerprinting. She never followed up with what type of fingerprinting, so she sent me to the regular room. Only one person was in that room fingerprinting, and took twenty minutes before they checked with others who were waiting. Found out I was in the wrong room and now missed my appointment. There was only one person handling the precheck, their machine was down, and another person was waiting, so I would have to wait for all of that to process. The kicker: after I told a person on line for tsa precheck how they sent me to the wrong room, a staff member asked another person entering the office which type of fingerprinting they needed. Shame they didn't remember to ask me that. Between the broken system and lack of communication, I didn't have time to wait what would most likely have been hours with a now missed appointment. Rescheduled my appointment with precheck, switched to Staples in West Babylon to avoid this mess again. To the staff here: You can't assume everyone coming in knows that there are two different fingerprinting areas, and getting that clarification from you who know this would have saved the headache!
