I witnessed a letter carrier getting verbally abused by a manager named Felix he was screaming to the top of his lungs and belittling that man. I was watching this man in front of my house, then went to the post office and saw him there and thats how I got his name. That behavior is uncalled for especially outside in the work field. He shouldn't be speaking to these men even in private like the way he did. He should be fired!! I am extremely angry that this behavior is even allowed at the post office!! Kings Park PO get new management!! Terrible Terrible the way you treat your employees. I hope they report you to the union! I will be watching and I will be reporting

I’m so happy that a gentleman named Felix was able to help me!! He was Extremely kind and went out of his way for me! I’m so thankful that he answered the phone for me that day! He made my life so much easier!! Just want to Thank him again for being super Nice and helping me when he didn’t have to! Wish everyone was as nice and helpful as Felix!
