Not in the park but there's a ramp for boats and canoes to land them in the water. But be care full of current it's very strong at the mid point of each cycle.
I've been to this park many times day & night, never saw anyone camping. It's a state park though, so it might be allowed with a permit? I would call the park office and ask them.

There is a pop up Rental Service that rents canoes and Kayaks. They base their rates on a one way trip up the Nisseqougue River 5 miles into Smithtown.

No. A lot of people walk their dogs on the Boulevard, however, which is outside of the gate.
