Staff treat people with NO DIGNEY

The upside is people can receive some meals if they meet criteria, have a shower and receive help from some competent informed caseworkers. There are some restrictions that apply to people and their pets. Showers and laundry services are available pending specific requirements. The downside is it's not safe for long term living.

Went to pick a volunteer up. It looked crowded and chaotic.

Kudos to the security guard. Very nice. You must have an appointment and connected with jps network to be seen

I'm not sure if that's possible maybe you could call them and see if they can
Yes you can get a driver's license with the address at UGM. Call them between 8:30 and 3:30 ask for Miss Brittany case manager for the men's division. I was blessed to stay there or two almost two and a half years. I highly recommend it to anyone so you can homeless shelter probably one of the better ones in the nation.
Talk to Denise at the Flag Building, early as possible, you'll have to wait
They have a locker but you have to work with them I think I cant quite remember and I'm not sure about the address
But they are closed on the weekend .and take something for you to sit on. It,s gonna be a long weight..
Yes. True Worth Place can always use donations.
Yes. I have heard the services are great. It's called JPS Health Network. You apply and your medical needs and meds will be discounted to $1-$5 for doc visit and prescribed meds
Yes, they do help people get their Texas ID.
I don't believe they are a shelter however, they do have a so many resources available to assist you. The earlier you get there the better. They open at 7 am.
I would think so
No one resides there, and yes its very helpful.
It's referenced as a "day shelter" basicly it's a day time Community Connection Center for Homeless. A really good starting point for those looking for direction.
1/4 to 1/2 walk, 5 min on bus, you can get a bus pass At Truworth
when ur coming down Lancaster you'll see it at the beginning a building with a big flag on it
Approximately two blocks away
Early as you can Freddie, speak with Denise
No it's for the homeless rules have changed due to the virus
15 minutes walking
What flag building?
They don't but they can Link you to places that do
Talk to a counselor and get assessment and they can let you know what you qualify for as in a program we you can also go to housing authority to get assessment
No u don't to both questions they can help you get a id
Yes, your able to shower every day from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Yes they are open seven days a week.
I have never been in a situation where i have had to do that in the state of Texas-however, I have done that before in the state of Michigan AND in the state of Washington BOTH---in each state i DID RECEIVE AN EMERGENCY CARD AND FUNDING. So my best guess is that the same is true for Texas as well.....
Agreed. I'm not understanding your question. Let me state this is not a shelter. It is a resource center. There are however several several shelters around there that are available. They do have scheduled times to which you MUST adhere to enter and programs that you must follow for extended placement assistance to the best of my understanding Dear. MAY God be with you at all Times Love and protect you and yours. If you need to talk. Shoot me an email. Or contact your nearest emergency operator by dialing 911 from any mobile phone it will work with or without service.
The lockers are pretty decent sized. Maybe like 1.5 ft by like 3 ft?
Lancaster and I35 or Lancaster and Pine/I.M. Terrell. The exact address is 1513 E Presidio. The drivers can also usually help.
Your best bet is to look into a free a apartment finder. True Worth is for homeless services.
They are real lieniant on those cards thats why they are not considdred state issued documents .I will vive you a name and number to get a more direct answer
I am not sure, but you would have to ask the staff.
Meal tickets are issued for those who cooperate in programs that are. And ID also is required to get a scan card so that you may eat at Union Gospel Mission at Salvation Army also breakfast lunch and dinner. Go up to registration desk and they will give you all the info that you need. GOD BLESS
You show up and they put you to work when they have openings
The shelters do not allow pets unless they are service animals and if she has a income it would be 165 a month at pns for bed locker and meals
Thursday 9am
yes they will and yes they have laundry service
No.
True Worth can help wirh your documents. And Might help you and your family into the women and childrens shelter. You'll just have to go try and get on with open case management.
You'll need to stay at PNS, get on the program and get a case manager and from there on, things will start changing for you. Good luck!
You can if you have a Tarrant County homeless card you will need driver's license or state ID and a social security card or birth certificate some form of identification. It's a wonderful place then the staff are very helpful!
The mail room doesn't have an extension. It opens at 9am and also at 1 p.m., you just have to go up there and check your mail.
Just go up there and they will help you through any and all documents if you are lacking in anything.
Yes true word is doing scan cards Monday through Friday start at 8:30 in the morning
