Four Seasons is always a nice place. Their park is nice, and their annual 4th of July fireworks are always awesome. The displays are pretty, and they are long. The Boy Scouts come, and they have some things to enjoy, and it’s always a pleasure experience. Though, the campground is nice to.

This was our first visit and we’ll definitely be back! I was a little hesitant with all the old reviews from a few years back. Apparently they’ve really improved the place since then. The grounds are well kept, the pool is large and clean, and the staff are friendly. We stayed in a mid level cabin and were pleased. It was clean, the AC worked great, and the pond outback was very nice.

BECKY In the office is absolutely terrible . Not one good thing to say about her honestly and she will not let me speak with anyone else. My son was JUMPED in this campground by 3 older boys, Becky tells me to just not let my kid walk around alone … It’s a family oriented campground and you’re telling me not to let my 13 year old boy go to the playground by hisself . Meanwhile the kids who did it are still exploring the campground like nothing happened, until the state trooper gets back from his vacation. DISGUSTING that the state police has to get involved when there were several witnesses about the incident, yet the campground does nothing until police gets involved and have to wait a week until he’s back. Four Seasons Campground is the essence of family-fun and good times! Located within the loins of New Jersey, it's a simply jaunt over to Wilmington, DE or east to the beaches of Ocean City, Atlantic City, and even a day trip down to Cape May. Little did I know that farmland was a thing here within the loins as I'd only experienced the congestion of northern New Jersey. A highlight of this family campout was being welcomed by the friendly staff at the Four Seasons Campground and their intentions to provide an atmosphere of fun for the family. The pool is a big hit with kids of all ages and that includes adult-aged kids! Take time to realize the friendliness found deep within the loins of New Jersey!

Hi Stacy. The state of NJ forbids living in a campground but leaves it up to the local municipalities to interpret that as they will. Our twp is very strict and we are happy to comply with them. That means that if you are in the area working on a local contract, we'd love to have you stay with us. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to live, I can provide you with the names and numbers of campgrounds that have much more lax restrictions put on them. We have summer water which is on from 4/1-10/31 (weather permitting.) We have a separate line that runs beneath the frost line which means that it does't freeze. All of our sites have both 50 and 30 amp service along with it's own meter which the elec company reads each month. If at any time a guest would like to read the bill we are happy to show it to them. I hope this answers your questions!
Yes. There are many places to have trailers and hook ups. It's very convenient & pretty setting.
Hi Kevin, We DO have cabin rentals in the winter as long as we have availability. You may check our website to see the actual dates that you are looking for. The description that you will be looking for is Deluxe Cabin. Thanks! Hope to see you!
Egg Harbor River Resort in EHT is yearly. There are several park models up for sale and they allow “ little” homes too. There are barely any activities and no bath house. You are responsible for your own electric and gas and the bills are in your name ( no middle man). One draw back is you cannot get mail here and must have a P.O. Box.
The electric is pretty expensive here we stayed to months and won't do it again. The site's are not in good condition, everything is over grown and the roads are just dirt and gravel.
Yes, they even have a dog park.
It's extra
We do not allow this type of rental.
Yeah there is a very small winding creek about 4ft. Wide at the most that runs through the back and works its way throughout until it very slowly empties into the lake . It is very clear at some parts it would actually get about 3 ft . deep and be very clear and clean. The deepest part that I ever saw was right behind my grandmother's site in Turtle Pond. Its really a nice Campground.
Yes and a pool. Well it's a pond.
We only did 2 days and it worth it.
No the price depends on what style of camping you will be doing check the website for reservations
You can fish in the ponds it is catch-and-release they do have bait and a limited tackle selection in the camp store
Yes it is huge and very nice. I went about 7 times last summer and was very surprised by the pool the first time back. When I was young I would spend alot of time there my Grandmother had 2 campers in turtle pond. The very back of the Campground where you are surrounded by woods. I thought I was just going to go in the lake but the pool is humungous. Very nice. And ran into some old friends Great time.
Old mans creek is year round. Nice community and people. Bath house, laundry, lake, fishing dock, 500$ a month.
There are several cabins throughout the campground. I stayed in a primitive cabin back near the turtle pond until my camper came. Now I am in a different section by the fishing ponds and there are two (I believe) deluxe cabins across the pond from me. They're very close to the playground and seem to be very popular, as there is always someone in them.
I've been going there for a few years now and I always stay in turtle pond area. I've gone when its busy and pretty empty. I enjoy it every time I go and have a blast. I prefer more towards the back of the area
Yes they are, but no water hook ups till like April or May, i think.
Yes there are full hookups
3,000 for seasonal can stay 11 months out of the year great place , quiet ,friendly ,pool will be in by the spring
Hi Shannon, As of 2018 the price for water and electric sites is $40 and water, electric and sewer is $50. A rustic cabin (one room, no bath or kitchen) is $75 and a Deluxe Cabin (bedroom, great room with kitchenette and bathroom) is $150. Both have a two night minimum. Hope that helps!
Apparently open all year except for the month of January.
