Hey Shannon. We have seasonal sites that rent for $3250. The water is on to those sites from April 1st to October 31, weather permitting. You can't live in a campground as mandated by the state. Our township is very strict in the interpretation of "living" and we are happy to comply. We can accept monthly guests that meet certain criteria but you would be better off calling the office and explaining the situation. Otherwise, we have many guests that stay one to two weeks.
