The electric is pretty expensive here we stayed to months and won't do it again. The site's are not in good condition, everything is over grown and the roads are just dirt and gravel.
Only the electricity you pay to the company directly. Everything else is covered. It's great! 😊
If you are seasonal you pay directly to the company. Weekend or short term it is included
