Yeah there is a very small winding creek about 4ft. Wide at the most that runs through the back and works its way throughout until it very slowly empties into the lake . It is very clear at some parts it would actually get about 3 ft . deep and be very clear and clean. The deepest part that I ever saw was right behind my grandmother's site in Turtle Pond. Its really a nice Campground.
Not for drinking. There is at least one small creek that runs through the campground though.
