Lived in 2 apartments here over the last few years, and decided to move when they increased my rent several hundred dollars. I stayed in a 1/1 and a 2/2 each for less than $1,300 with the trash, smart locks, and water additional charges. Both first floor with upgraded amenities. Office would always ask for 5 star reviews without providing a 5 star community. My last apartment was moldy, had cracks in the walls, and had water damage all from when the previous tenant was there. Both apartments the laminate flooring would come up at the seams in high traffic areas in less than a year. No care in providing safe apartments, just want them filled quick to collect rent. The community wasn’t safe, cars were broken into often, and items stolen off porches. The office staff was often unpleasant and untrustworthy, with only a few exceptions here and there.

A big thank you to Maria and Alex who helped me resolve an error that resulted in my apartment that I already signed the lease for to not actually be available. I am looking forward to continuing to resolve the issue and appreciate Maria and Alex's professionalism, kindness and patience while the issue was being resolved. My suggestion is to make sure to record all conversations you have with the office staff in the event you have any issues. Also be sure to document any communication you do or do not receive from the staff or managers.

I would like to thank Alejandra for being so accommodating at our visit. She made it a point to make us feel welcome, took us on a tour, and was very clear in requirements for moving in. This is a lovely complex and perfect for anyone looking into a quiet, family environment.

They make you pay for security but they have no cameras outside. Multiple cars including my own has been vandalized. They make sure the office area is pretty but do not care for the areas outside of that. Theses leaves have been a constant since moving here and I have spoke to the office about it but nothing has been done. With the amount of rent I pay here I should not have to be doing yard work!!

Expensive , to much for patch up apartments, paint over paint, Bathtub the same way never get change , so paint come off all the time same for counter tops.

Parking is a first come first serve basis for both residents and guests. Residents do not have a community parking sticker or decal. We do not have designated guest parking.
All packages are delivered directly to the residents front door, in their mailbox, or a mailbox parcel for bigger packages.

Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. I just moved in there last month. I pay $1040 a month . It all depends on what day units are available. If I would have waited 3 more days it would have been 1150
