If there is a discount coupon available and you don't have one, they will even source one for you. I never had any issues getting work done on my car and always had a positive experience. Toyota 2010 Corolla : He was very accomodative in accepting to get things done (Tire pressure light on, oil change, adding coolant ) in a day or two before labor day in Aug 2022. I really appreciated that. Unfortunately after that it was a rip off for 200+ dollars by Mr David Service manager. He just did the most costliest oil change without asking my consent. I only wanted the basic oil change. He claimed that they added anti freeze coolant but they really didn't do it. I went again to get it added. He charged me 60 dollars for power window diagnostics when I told him not to do it when I dropped off the car. He acted as if it was free but still charged me for that. They never called me to give an estimate of the services at all. They claimed to have fixed the tire pressure indicator light "On" but within driving a few miles it came ON and I had to go to the toyota dealer and they said that one of the TIRE pressure indicators had gone bad and they had to change it. Icing on the cake: They BROKE the hood prop clip but didn't even tell me. When I confronted him about that within 30 minutes, he said that his mechanic never told him and so it must have been broken before itself. I said that it was not broken at all. Never again will I go there. The front desk guy Chris who left pep-boys recently was very honest and efficient. I don't trust the current guys working there.👎

Pep Boys Collegeville's staff is quite helpful. They are consistently courteous, patient, and professional. If you don't have a discount coupon, they will locate one for you if one is available. I've always had a positive experience getting repairs done on my car and have never had any concerns. This is excellent service in my opinion. I would absolutely suggest it to friends and relatives.
