I am an Active Duty Service Member, stationed in Korea. I’m preparing my return to my family and was trying to order a vehicle through Military Auto Source. The delivery date would have been too far out so I pursued the used route. Parks had a very similar vehicle with low miles for a few thousand dollars less than the competition so I reached out. Tommy went above and beyond to get me the most micro detailed photos of the inter and exterior from afar since I would have been buying sight unseen. He was going to to go further by taking it for a drive virtually, but MAS was able to get me an earlier date. Unfortunately, Tommy did not get a sale from me but not because it wasn’t a great deal. He took amazing care of me, was very honest and deserved the sale. The warranty and equity were the only reason that I went with the MAS order. My husband and I were in the market for a bigger Family car due to our 4 year old son growing and needing more leg room to stretch out, as well as my 6'2 husband who had his knees in the glove box! We looked at a few SUVs that were economically priced and we worked with Denise. Right from the beginning she was so friendly and responsive to our needs. She had so much knowledge about the cars on the lot and had learned all the small details about each SUV that we were interested in. She helped us find a car that was in our price range and did not push us for bigger, better and more expensive like some car sales people might. Her and the finance manager Adam gave us top dollar for our trade in and when we found a few issues with our vehicle they worked with us to compensate us for our future modifications we'd have to do ourselves. Overall our car shopping experience was very positive and we left the dealership very happy with our fancy new SUV (it was actually used but had only 46,000 miles on it). Tommy was the BEST salesman. He was very attentive and made sure the vehicles I found online were waiting for me in the front upon arriving. The experience was great throughout the whole process, from sales, to detail, and lastly finance. That’s right, FINANCE was great. I brought my truck in for what I felt was warenty work that needed to get done. I had previously been using a closer dealer but the last several times going there, I was not feeling they actually looked at the vehicle, but just sent me off saying it was operating normally. At Parks, they listened to my issue and diagnosed it within a few hours. They then offered me a loaner car as the issue would require the rest of the day to complete, all under warenty. This from a dealer I had never been to before. The people here are curtious and the service department did as they said they would. You may not get an ultra modern state of the art facility, but you do get honest and fair service which is all I really want. Plus the staff was super friendly, something lacking at many other dealers. I will be going back here from now on when in need of service, eventhough they are further from where I live. It's worth it.
