I went to the office and was treated with a great attitude. All my questions were addressed and I was added to the interest list. The community looks in great shape and a good place to live!

This review is well deserved. I had such an amazing experience from the moment I stepped foot on the property, all the way into my second month of living here. Kathy in the front office has such an amazing personality (as well as all the staff in the office) and she made every moment pleasurable. She was knowledgeable about the property, and kept in contact every step of the way! I love it here!

RENTERS BEWARE of the staff and make note of ALL documents that you sign. The staff forged my signature on a document to get income information from my employer. When I notified their corporate office about it they did NOTHING. They made up a bogus lie stating that the document was signed by another tenant that was signing a lease that day. This tenant just happened to have the same initials as me and their signature was very close to mine. Instead of the corporate office being "ALL IN" and protecting the rights and information of the residents they have chosen to cover themselves and allow the staff to do this with no repercussions, I believe it will happen again. I also do not believe that this was the first time that it has happened as I only found out about it because my employer cc'd me on the response email to the community manager. With regards to the apartment... Aside from this recent incident, I have mostly had positive interactions with the office staff. My apartment is spacious and affordable. It is the perfect amount of room for me and my 2 kids. I have included pictures to show you the space in the livingroom area. Maintenance will respond for major problems but is very slow at fixing small things and typically in my experience only does enough to get by. We recently had a major renovation but there is quite a bit of unfinished work in the apartment. I have also included some of those pictures as well. I have reached out several times trying to get them fixed but they are short staffed and because my concerns are mostly aesthetic I do not feel that they are priority. I am surprised that the community manager was there person who posted a reply to this review because she was the person who forged the signature. The signature issue was not resolved to my satisfaction and I have sent several emails with pictures already.

I currently live at Lake Weston, the new construction looks great! Never had any issues with any other residents nor with the management! The management is awesome, always get back to me whenever I have any questions or concerns, also very professional and polite! Definitely 5 out of 5 for the overall experience of living here, I would recommend anyone to check it out!

It depends on how low the credit is and most likely any denial would be in accordance to broken credit promises, like eviction or default judgements. It's advisable to speak frankly with the leasing agents, preferably the manager, and its also advisable that the applicant be well aware of what's in their credit report. Usually, there can be good information provided prior to the application and initial fees are paid in whether or not approval would be granted. Just for information, the type of property this is, each person residing in the unit will need to be accounted for and because of that, all those considered adults are subjected to a criminal background check. This is a very important piece of the approval process. Hope this helps. This is a nice property with cimfortably sized units.
There are no three bedrooms available but you can get away with getting one of the townhouses. They're very expensive is the only problem. Definitely not worth this area. Also if you like the occasional violence, drug dealing going on, no amenities, the pool custom Lee being closed, the gym that has one broken exercise device in it, and overall in general the tenants are rude nasty and don't give two craps about your privacy meaning that loud music is played in the parking lot constantly it's not a peaceful place to actually live in and the only reason I stay here is because I've been here for five years and they haven't jacked my rent up to what they're going to ask you to pay. I always laugh when I see people coming and moving in because most folks don't do what I've always recommended people do and that is visit the place you want to move on the weekend and just sit in the parking lot for an hour and a half and view the location you're going to move into and get a feel for what's go
I think it's about 600
