❌️❌️WARNING❌️❌️ DO NOT RENT❌️❌️ I have been a resident here for 4 years now and this is the second time that my air conditioning has gone out. NOW im not blaming them for that at all but the way it has been handled is UNBELIEVABLE UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY NEGLIGENT!! My A.C has been out since Friday and it is now Sunday and my Apartment is in condition for no one to live in. I have a pet and a 1 year old and the best they could tell me is the part comes on Monday!!!!!🚩🚩. They have not tried to put us in a hotel or offered any assistance for us. I do not have any family here so i cant go stay at a family memebers house. Im so DISCUSSED by management actions its unreal!!!!!!! STAY AWAY‼️❌️🚩

I'd live in Avalon Reserve for almost 3 years and I love it!! I moved out 11/30/2021. The office and maintenance staff are really nice and professional!!...no matter how big or small I needed their assistance, they always showed me they cared. The only reason I moved out is because I moved to Texas. Until the last day I felt the nice and caring attitude. I even cried when I said "good bye". Avalon Reserve is a nice, safe and beautiful place to live with the nicest staff!!
