There is no order inside the store all items are scattered everywhere (Burlington Baton Rouge, LA). They have 8 cashiers but only 2 are working. I’ve been in a line for almost 2 hrs. for my 2 pcs items. The same items with different price. If I don’t need these items I will not stay in this store. Too much waste of times in lining up to pay. The management should pay attention to this issue. Most probably I will not visits and recommends this store.

I've never been to any Burlington that is this unorganized, this slow at checkout, and has associates that are this unfriendly. Your issues start with management; clearly this store is understaffed and unsupported.

First time coming to this Burlington and never coming back. This place is a mess, waited in line to check out for 45min. Only had two cashier’s, saw one of the workers that was supposed to work in fitting rooms sitting down next to them on her phone telling customers to grab their number sign of items they had and find an empty fitting room while she sat down and continued on her phone. All the registers looked as messy as this one in photo.

Great inventory and prices on items in store but the check out lines are long. The manager was very very rude and disrespectful, she checked others out that she personally knew, while there was a very long line of customers and only ONE cashier working. Someone asked for management we were informed that she is the manager and she isn't supposed to be on the the registers at all. We asked about the people on the floor could come and help we were informed that they only work the floor and couldn't handle the register. Minutes later a young lady from the dressing room area came to the front and helped at a register to ring customer's up. This is totally unacceptable and not a good look for what Burlington advertises on t v. Someone from corporate needs to come to this store and hire a brand new crew of employees that want to work or put self check out stations. Whomever is reading this please take it seriously because people shouldn't spend there hard earned money for bad service or no service at all
