not worth the rental price. i was paying 1260 for a crappy 2 bedroom trailer. Had roaches the whole time during my 7 month stay. waited 7 months for maintenance to fix my a/c eventually just had to move to a new place. Im still waiting on my security deposit and its been 6 weeks. Do NOT rent here place is horrendous

They took a 400 dollar deposit and told us we would have a place in a week it was a montg later we had found anither place and cant get my deposit back they just stole my money

Yes, I wouldn't see why it wouldn't be. The area is near veterans memorial park, and there are children who live in this mobile home park and I have never heard a complaint or heard of any getting run over. I don't mean that to be funny, it is a family friendly living space and there are children playing around on the neighborhood road everyday and there are always people watching them and driving safely. There are always people in the office too who are in charge of the mobile home park Incase of emergency.

Yes cats everywhere. Plus trash pickup is 3 days a week so 2 dumpster for everyone. Moved out .Some people have seen rats and cockroaches in trailers . Spraying is a must .
