I feel this a good community to live in. Neighbors, friendly. It’s a nice place to take walks. The pool and hot tub is really nice too. We have activities in the clubhouse every week at least last I knew. The openness of the clubhouse is nice if you just feel like just playing cards with a friend or a game the clubhouse is open during the day. The beautiful scenery of the park adds to its beauty. I do agree there is always some room for improvement but overall I think personally this is the happiest place of home for me.

This place has fallen apart. My mother in law moved in well over 10 urs ago. Lot rent goes up on owned trailors, now water bills. It really isn't over 55... they rent out properties. In my opinion, they wait for elderly to pass & take over property. Watch this place... :(

No! It is No longer a 55+ Community, Ages from early 20' s , 30' and 40 years of age are living here. It's Gone Down Hill Fast.
A Group of People who think they run the Community and Unfortunately this one They have Run to the Ground it is no longer a Mobile Home Park it is Now a " White Trash Trailer Park "
No more Rules and it is Not a Senior Park! Anyone is welcome!!!
