My AC went out overnight. Mario’s AC was quick to respond and sent out Craig. Craig was very skilled and helpful and although I need a new unit, Craig was able to restore my AC in matter of an hour. I will definitely be using Mario’s for the installing the new system.

Had the original system installed on a new build by this company. The system is great, however my review is soley for the customer service I consistently have received with the service visits. I had an introductory and a tune up so far and Corey with the company was one of the best a/c workers I've dealt with. I personally do not trust mechanics, technicians etc... and I feel very confident with Coreys workmanship, explanation and work ethic. He has taken his time and explained things very well and above all has proved to be very honest. I have no bad experiences with the company but I surely will use them for further visits because of this employee.

We recently moved into our home and our AC failed. Not only did Mario's give us a great price, they were able to come out the following morning to install a new AC unit. Everyone from our sales rep Jess to the installation guys were great! I will definitely be recommending Mario's in the future!

I am very pleased with service and professionalism of this company. Salesman came out on a Saturday for a free quote. I had just purchased home and unit was 20yrs old and needed replacement. We went over all options and I decided to go with a 3.5 ton Lennox was supposed to get Wi-Fi thermostat but only got a digital one which I was a little disappointed. Appointment was set for early Tuesday morning which they arrived early at 9am and were finished by early afternoon. Inspection by the county was the following week which Mario’s contacted me to see which day was better for me but could not guarantee a time except by end of business day. Inspector showed up around 9:30 am and only found a minor detail which needed to be done. After contacting Mario’s they were out the next day to complete it. I also contacted the office to get a email for a invoice of all work and payment and they gladly sent it to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone great company
