edit: response from this company as expected. Notice, they didn't address the service charge, so let's ask them public, do you start charging a service charge if they charge people with supposed 25 year warranty and 5 year labor $125 service fee per leak on a new roof if the leak is after one year? How about they post their warranty policy in detail here for all to see and judge for themselves. If they answer yes, then the resolution they say they want to "find" is to stop charging it. Beware of Bay to Bay Roofing. My family used them less than two years ago for a new roof. Thought all was well, but it started leaking bad in recent storms. No problem, right? It can happen. We have a 25 year warranty, with 5 year workmanship. WRONG, we call them up and according to them, their responsibility is only 1 year labor warranty, and now we have to pay a $125 service fee for them to come fix a leak on their roof install, per area. So $125 for them to even come out on a new roof less than 2 years old. This is not what they sold us. Our Rep doesn't even answer texts after he said he'd talk to the office about it. I actually called the other roofers we were considering just to see if this was standard, and it is not. One even said this company is known for things like this. So, don't believe you are covered by their warranty because if your roof doesn't leak in the first year, they charge you. Oh, and I have read other reviews and it seems that anytime someone makes a complaint they say "they are not in their system" to try and excuse their poor business practices and quality. This was my families roof, our Rep was George Kekovic (smooth talker who doesn't honor his word and stops communicating once he has your money), and we spoke to both Rich ( said he was general manager, but the field supervisor James, said he was not a GM, but a glorified secretary with no authority), and to Krystal who actually did try to help was was over ruled. Posted on Nextdoor and complaints about them came out of the woodwork, wish we looked there first. Save yourself if you are considering this company and go with a roofing company that honors their work and 9 of the last 10 reviews aren't horror stories like ours.

WARNING!!! - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - If I could give a ZERO I would. This is the most unscrupulous roofer out there. For those who hired these jokers, just wait until you have an issue (and you will) because they will refuse to fix anything that they done wrong. We had a total roof redone and they are stating it our issues. They went through our insurance and it was over $30K but they are still refusing to fix the work that their roofing crew did incorrect. If your were in NewYork you would have lost your licence. Florida laws about contractors are non-sense and useless for the consumer.

I waited awhile to review them because I wanted to ensure the quality. They did a great job on a repair that I needed fixed. We've had plenty of rain since their repair and I no longer have any issues. Great job, and friendly techs!

Fair price and good work so far. Should be a four star but their area supervisor needs to be retrained or reassigned. It took a month to fix this problem that happened under his supervision. I'd still recommend them for the value. After encountering problems with communication, I spoke with Rich at Bay to Bay and he got my issue resolved. Bay to Bay gives a fair price and they were fast and it looks like they did a great job for the most part, but I had a headache for a month dealing because of their area supervisor, Mark, who was indifferent to my problems or the workmanshp. He was totally fine with leaving a focal point section of our roof looking like an amateur did it. Otherwise, this would have been a four star reviewed.

Currently, the average cost to replace a typical roof based on house size: 1,500 square feet: $5,500 to $8,000. 1,600 square feet: $6,000 to $8,500
