They worked on my neighbor's property but left a pile of gravel and sand in OUR front yard where their truck was parked. Now, they aren't answering the phone. Horrible horrible company. I would never work with you.

Recieved my water bill on the 3rd. Sent a check in the same day. They held my check until the 25th just to charge me a late fee. Not the first time they have done this to me. I only paid the water bill and tried to dispute the late fee. They ignored me letter and copies I sent them and charged a late fee on a late fee. Customer service wouldn't even respond.

If I could give them a zero I would. Cannot get a receipt for a bill I paid. If you are not the owner of the property but a tenant you have no recourse with them. What ever happened to customer service?

I have never seen a company star rating of 1.6 !!! That should tell you something right there. The old man in the back room has to be the rudest person i have ever come in contact with and I'm from NY so I've met a few.. This company needs a complete overhaul of office employees. Take a look at the reviews on BBB. You know there is something wrong when it has plastered everywhere at the drive up. "No video recordings". I wonder why ?
